Last Minute Booking

Due to an unprecedented amount of chargebacks to our host travel agency, there is a 21 Day Booking Window requirement to have the following on file:

• a hand-signed credit card authorization form

• a copy of the payee's drivers license or passport

Please complete the authorization form and upload a scanned copy of your government-issued identification (i.e. drivers license or passport) that is associated with the payment information submitted for your already reserved booking. Rest assured, you will not be charged again!
